EU Customers
- 30-Day Withdrawal Window — EU Customers customers have 30 days from delivery of the last item to notify you of their intent to withdraw, and then additional time to return the item
- Refund of Standard Outbound Shipping — We will refund the standard delivery cost paid by the customer (no premium shipping upgrades)
- Refund Timing Tied to Receipt — Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item (or proof of return)
- How to Start a Request — Please visit your customer account and select the applicable order to start a request.
- Phone-Number Checkout Note — Customers who checked out as a guest or with a phone number only (without logging in) will need to use the link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
