The Piko 38230 G Scale North Pole Express Mogul Loco is a festive 2-6-0 steam locomotive featuring DCC-installed Soundtraxx digital sound and a working smoke unit. It includes directional lighting, a detailed cab interior with engineer figure, and factory-applied details like piping, ladders, and cowcatchers.

This loco is ideal for holiday-themed garden railways or indoor displays. It operates on analog DC or full-featured DCC and includes heavy-duty ball-bearing drive wheels for smooth performance. Minimum radius: 600mm (R1). Length: 570mm (22.4").

Made in Germany, the North Pole Express Mogul is compatible with Piko 35414 Cleaning Fluid, 35268 Track Magnet, and 35269 Loco Magnet (all sold separately) for automated sound triggers.
