Description
Item 1005 includes fuel pumps, prototypical signage and interior fittings for a complete, convincing forecourt scene. The prototype was designed in the early 1950s by Dutch architect W. Dudok and, in various forms, served both larger motorway stations and smaller urban filling stations, its still-modern look influencing gas-station design well into the 1960s and 1970s.
