The HO scale kit reproduces the typical functional architecture in detail, including a hipped roof, rendered facade, wooden folding shutters, and a crank mechanism for operating the barriers of three level crossings.

Fine touches such as delicate gutters, downpipes and electrical insulators complete the model, making item 1461 a characterful addition to any railway crossing. The finished hut measures 2-1/16 x 1-11/16 x 1-15/16 in. (5.2 x 4.3 x 4.9 cm), so it slots neatly into even tightly detailed trackside scenes.
