The Busch 1531 is a laser-cut kit for a complete backyard scene, for example a slaughterhouse to complement the Busch butcher's shop, and is equally usable as a coal merchant, backyard workshop, laundry, or an addition to locomotive depots and stations. It is built with genuine-wood half-timbering and all parts come already colored for a fast, satisfying result.

The Busch 1531 set contains a shed measuring 5-15/16 x 2-3/16 in. (150 x 55 mm) and 1-7/8 in. (47 mm) tall with a working double-leaf wooden gate (28 x 28 mm), plus a lean-to with corrugated roof at 2-3/8 x 1-9/16 in. (60 x 40 mm) and 1-9/16 in. (40 mm) tall, a wall-mounted crane, and a natural-stone wall with posts measuring 12-5/8 in. (320 mm) with a wooden gate 1-3/16 in. (30 mm) wide. The long wall and large gate let you fully enclose a plot of 5-15/16 x 6-5/16 in. (150 x 160 mm) independently of other buildings. Assembly uses a sturdy slot-together core clad with pre-cut, pre-colored parts, needing only a hobby knife and model or all-purpose glue.
