Complete your HO brickworks scene with the Busch 1551 brickyard drying shed, a detailed laser-cut kit. In sheds like this, clay blanks pressed from moist clay were stored on shelves to dry before being further processed in the ring kiln, and the model faithfully captures this essential stage of traditional brick production.

Just like the prototype, the infill framework of the Busch 1551 kit is made of real wood, and the interior shelves are finely reproduced in delicate detail. The shed features an opening for the entry of the lattice-rack wagons carrying brick blanks, and the plastic roof impresses with its perfect brick-tile appearance. Item 1551 measures 5-3/4 x 3-9/16 x 1-5/8 in. (14.6 x 9 x 4.1 cm, height 71 mm), making an authentic companion piece for a brickyard diorama.
