Item 9721 includes a natural-stone base, a platform, and six benches, plus a cut-out sheet with matching motifs, and is prepared for the installation of interior lighting.

The Busch 9721 building measures 348 x 154 mm and stands 90 mm high, while the base measures 380 x 200 mm and 10 mm high; overall the model spans 13-11/16 x 6-1/16 x 3-9/16 in. (34.8 x 15.4 x 9 cm). A stable plug-together substructure clad with the pre-cut, pre-colored wood parts makes item 9721 easy to assemble.
