The Faller 130617 kit comprises 102 single parts in 4 colours, window foil, a paper mask and construction instructions. Assembled, the corner house measures 3-9/16 x 2-11/16 x 5-1/4 in. (91 x 68 x 134 mm) and is rated a moderate build. It can be illuminated with one Faller 180667 LED lighting unit (sold separately) to bring the shopfront and windows to life, and Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) is recommended for assembly (both available in our store).
