The kit comprises 80 single parts moulded in 4 colours and even includes a ground plate with a concrete plinth to seat the building neatly in your landscape. It builds into a model measuring 7-7/8 x 4-5/16 x 4-1/8 in. (200 x 110 x 105 mm). Window foil, a paper mask, and construction instructions are included; glue is recommended, not required - Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) are both available in our store. A moderate build, it can be illuminated with two Faller 180667 LED units (sold separately).
