The Faller 181464 firs come in four assorted sizes - 110, 90, 70, and 50 mm tall (roughly 4-5/16, 3-9/16, 2-3/4, and about 1-15/16 in.) with trunk/base diameters of 10 to 15 mm - so you can grade the forest naturally from tall mature trees down to smaller saplings. Because they are ready to place, no glue is required, though a spot of scenic adhesive or a drilled hole helps anchor them firmly. The sheer quantity makes this set an economical way to green large areas quickly and to add the dense, layered look that makes model landscapes come alive.
