This small Epoch II building features a verandah, window shutters and a tar-covered roof, giving it the rustic, well-worn look of a site office, gatehouse or storage shack.

Quick and rewarding to build, the kit contains 37 single parts molded in 3 colours, plus window parts, a paper mask, a decoration sheet and construction instructions. Assembled it measures just 2-7/16 x 1-9/16 x 1-3/16 in. (62 x 40 x 30 mm), making it an ideal filler for empty corners, and it can be illuminated with a Faller 180671 lighting unit. Rated an easy build and supplied unassembled; Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) is recommended for assembly (both available in our store).
