Designed for incorporation into single-track or multi-track routes, this Epoch II scene pairs the crossing itself with a charming gatekeeper's lodge where the barriers were once tended by hand. It adds a believable point of interaction between road and rail, perfect for a rural halt or a busy junction on your layout.

The kit comprises 60 single parts molded in 5 colours, complete with window foil, a paper mask, a decoration sheet, and construction instructions. The finished crossing measures 4-5/16 x 2-3/4 x 3/8 in. (110 x 70 x 10 mm), while the accompanying gatekeeper's lodge stands 52 x 39 x 31 mm. Supplied without a drive mechanism, it is an easy build and can be illuminated with a Faller 180671 LED unit (sold separately) for evening operating sessions. Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) is recommended for assembly, both available in our store.
