The Kadee 830 is a G Scale coupler set with Original Style Head straight centerset shank couplers in black, supplied complete with #910 body mount gearboxes and lids. Each 830 coupler uses a 13/16" shank, measured from the back of the coupler head to the center hole of the draft gearbox, together with the #878 G Scale centering spring and #860 G Scale knuckle spring for smooth Magne-Matic operation. The 830 mounts in place of the #906, #906R, and #930 G Scale straight centerset couplers and is compatible with all Kadee G Scale couplers.

Each 830 package includes one pair: two Original Style couplers, two #910 body mount gearboxes and lids, three #878 centering springs, one #860 knuckle spring, four #4 x 3/4" screws, and four #4 x 1" screws. The #910 plastic gearboxes measure 1 21/32"L x 15/32"W x 13/32"H, with a listed mounting height of 1 19/64", a 1 1/8" centerline, and 1/8" trip pin height. Kadee recommends the #880 G Scale height gauge. Made in the U.S.A.
