Description
The 920-104600 features dual tie-down chain channels along the deck and positionable, covered container pedestals that match the prototype equipment, letting it carry two 40' or four 20' containers (available separately). Separately applied nonworking cable straps and strap brackets, wire grab irons and a highly detailed underframe with full brake rods and piping complete the look. The car is heavily weighted for dependable running loaded or empty, rides on 100-ton roller bearing trucks with 36" RP-25 turned metal wheelsets, and carries Proto MAX magnetic metal knuckle couplers. Minimum radius is 24".
