Bring streamline-era glitz to your streets with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-2909 Miss Bettie's Diner. When an order for sinkers and suds brought you donuts and coffee, gleaming stainless steel diners like this sprang up from coast to coast. Resembling railroad dining cars, they became hallmarks of the streamline era and are a natural on Main Street or along a busy highway just outside of town.

Like the prototypes, which were kits themselves, this detailed and easy-to-build plastic 933-2909 includes streamlined fluted sides, large windows and a complete interior with tables, stools and counter, plus a small outdoor refrigerator shed and colorful signs. Molded in appropriate colors, it suits layouts from the 1930s to the present. The diner measures 6 x 2-7/8 x 1-5/8" 15 x 7.1 x 4cm and the refrigerator shed 1-1/8 x 1-1/8 x 1-3/4" 2.8 x 2.8 x 4.3cm.
