Like many big-city factories, this 933-3178 kit has a concrete freight car loading dock, so you can install a spur and add operating fun to a shallow area. It represents the trackside wall of a typical four-story curtain-wall factory, features large multi-pane windows, a boxcar loading dock and a rooftop water tank, is easily cut and customized, and is molded in appropriate colors and clear plastic with decals for several businesses. As shown, River City Textiles measures 12-7/8 x 2-3/8 x 11-1/8" 32.1 x 5.9 x 27.8cm.
