Add a fresh trackside customer to your N scale railroad with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-3855 Modern Steel Warehouse. Modeled on the kind of light-industrial building found across North America, this structure suits industrial parks from the 1960s right through to the present day. It works well as a stand-alone small industry or as part of a larger factory complex, giving your switching operations a realistic destination for boxcars and trucks alike.

The kit combines a block foundation with steel upper wall panels and is molded in three colors with separate doors and windows for easy assembly and painting. Rooftop detail includes two large air conditioning units and six vents, while correct-height rail and truck docks come fitted with weather bellows. Molded cut lines make kitbashing simple, and you can join additional kits (each sold separately) to create a custom footprint. A sheet of colorful printed signs is included to finish the scene.
