Bring new business to your N scale railroad with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-3856 Modern Transload Terminal. Typical of light-industrial buildings seen throughout North America, this structure fits industrial parks from the 1960s to the present. Use it as a stand-alone light industry or pair it with a larger factory complex, and let cars roll inside for protected loading and unloading.

The design pairs a block foundation with steel upper panels and features a large overhead door so railcars can be worked inside the building. The kit is molded in three colors with separate doors and windows, and rooftop detail includes two large air conditioners plus six vents. Correct-height truck docks come with weather bellows, molded cut lines make customizing or kitbashing easy, and additional kits can be combined (each sold separately). Colorful printed signs are supplied to complete item 933-3856.
