Add a versatile small building to your HO scale industrial district with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-4020 Industry Office. Typical of the little structures found at the entrance to large factories such as steel mills and assembly shops, item 933-4020 also works well as a free-standing small business, yard office or crew room, and looks right at home anywhere a compact office is needed.

The kit features realistic brickwork, realistic entry steps, front awnings, gutters, downspouts and rooftop ventilators, and is molded in color with clear glazing. Decal signs for a variety of businesses let you tailor its role, and it can be used with many Cornerstone HO scale industry kits. Its prototype is a Milwaukee Road yard office, a fitting detail for a Milwaukee Road themed layout.
