The Walthers Cornerstone 933-4069 Modern Cold Storage Warehouse is an HO scale structure kit that adds a refrigerated facility to a 1970s and later layout. Based on the tilt-up pre-cast concrete buildings used across the continent, it serves as a destination for refrigerator cars, reefer trucks and insulated RBL-style boxcars.

This Cornerstone kit builds in several configurations and includes multiple truck and railcar doors, exterior refrigeration units, electrical boxes, rooftop air conditioning HVAC units and more. Correct height truck and railcar loading docks with weather bellows and seals, alternate doors and windows, and molded cut lines for easy customizing round out the 933-4069. It can be expanded with additional kits or add-on accessories sold separately. As shown, the main building measures 20-1/2 x 9-1/8 x 5-1/4" (52 x 23.1 x 13.3cm).
