The New Ray SS-11643 is a 1/32 scale cab-only model of the Peterbilt 379 finished as Black Out, the POW/MIA veterans tribute semi. The real truck was begun by Charles Timbrook of Martinsburg, West Virginia, and built to honor service members who never came home, growing into a respected rolling tribute that was dedicated to the Veterans Administration in Martinsburg in 2016.

Rendered in die-cast metal with durable plastic parts, the New Ray SS-11643 carries the distinctive Black Out POW/MIA graphics that give the model its meaning and presence. As a cab-only piece, it stands out on a shelf on its own or paired with a 1/32 trailer, and it makes a fitting choice for collectors who appreciate its tribute theme. This is an adult collectible model intended for display.
