Description
The prototype 194 178 was one of the class E94 locomotives built from 1940, nicknamed the German Crocodile for their green coloring; 194 178 was repainted in the ocean blue and beige DB scheme in 1974 and became known as the Blue Mauritius. Item 37439 is powered by two 5-pole precision can-type motors, is fitted with a Piko sound decoder, and has a detailed engine room interior with an engineer figure. It rides on hard-chrome plated ball-bearing wheels, measures 730mm / 28.7in, and is made in Germany.
