The model is decoder and sound ready: pair a Piko 36196 sound kit with a Piko 36122 loco decoder. It runs on analog DC, but sound works only on digital DCC. The 37543 rides on heavy-duty metal wheels with hook-and-loop couplers, measures 570mm (22.4 in) long, needs a minimum radius of 600mm (23.6 in), and is made in Germany.
