The Piko 38238 G Scale SF Mini-Mogul Loco 718 is a detailed 2-6-0 steam locomotive with directional lighting and a DCC decoder pre-installed. It is sound- and smoke-ready, with molded-on details including brake cylinders, smoke stack, cowcatcher, and handrails. The Santa Fe livery is crisply applied with weather-resistant materials.
This model is ideal for compact layouts and garden railways. It runs on analog DC or DCC and includes a 5-pole precision motor with ball-bearing drive wheels. Minimum radius: 600mm (R1). Length: 570mm (22.4").
To add sound and smoke, use Piko 36220 Digital Steam Sound Kit and 36142 5V Smoke Unit (both sold separately). For analog upgrades, use 36221 Sound Kit and 36143 Regulator.
