Description
The 55228 is constructed with a filigree Code 100 rail profile in high-quality nickel silver alloy for dependable conductivity, mounted on aging-resistant plastic ties finished with a dark brown tie strip modeled on wooden thresholds. Its factory-formed push-together rail joiners fit the rail profile snugly, and the switch is compatible with most other brands of HO scale track for unlimited expansion. The 55228 is powered by the PIKO 55271 electric switch machine.
