Model the vital transfer of cargo between railcars and trucks with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-4181 Corn Syrup Transfer Facility. Corn syrup is used in baked goods, candies, beverages, canned foods, and pharmaceuticals, and here it is transloaded from tank cars to storage tanks, then into tanker trucks for delivery. Because the syrup flows better with steam heat, small boilers are a common feature of sites like this.

Item 933-4181 includes a transfer garage with overhead access doors and a loading platform, four large storage tanks for syrup containment, a mobile boiler house for auxiliary steam and heat, and a shipping-container-style mobile office for site operations. Intricate piping handles unloading railcars into storage tanks or trailers, and the parts are molded in ivory, light gray, yellow, tan, and gray plastic. The mobile office measures 5-3/4 x 1-1/8 x 1-3/16" (14.6 x 2.8 x 2.9cm).
