The Walthers Proto 920-101715 is an HO scale 50' Gunderson Hi-Cube paper service boxcar decorated for Canadian National #406572 and delivered ready to run. Extra height is what makes these cars pay their way, letting railroads carry the tall paper rolls, 10' or more in diameter, that feed magazine and newspaper presses.

Because of that role, the prototype for 920-101715 is a frequent sight around paper mills and printing plants as well as rolling through in passing trains. The model adds separate door details, end ladders and brake platforms along with factory-applied wire grab irons, and it rides on correctly sized RP-25 turned metal wheels with ProtoMAX metal knuckle couplers for reliable running.
